Mullins-Starke Camp & Retreat  Center is the new home for  Nottoway Special Olympics and Starke Behavioral Health Association, INC, a nonprofit  501(c)(3) charitable organization.  Unfolding over 18 acres,  our camp and retreat center offers a convention center with a commercial kitchen,  fireplace, internet/phone/satellite TV, and  seating for 96 people.  In addition there are picnic pavilions with gas grill available,  a pond fishing, miniature golf course, walking trails, basketball court, volleyball court, and much more!  Mullins-Starke Camp & Retreat is the perfect place for your next gathering!
